Abstract: Food security is receiving more attention over the world in recent years and becoming an important protective measure in the international trade barrier. Pesticides were believed as one of the most important pollution sources in food production. "Pollution-free Food Plan” proposed by Chinese Agricultural Ministry in April, 2000 greatly promoted the development of the environment-safe pesticides.
