Abstract: Peasant is the objective of agriculture development . The key that solving the rural problem is developing peasant，s vocational education. This paper analysis the importance that develop peasant，s vocational education and the current situation of Chinese peasant，s vocational education, advance enhancing propaganda and education dynamics, establishing good occupational and talent view point, giving scope to government dominant effect and agriculture vocational collages and universities effect so that cultivates good deal of agricultural technology and managing talent, creating condition for rural labor productivity diverting to city.
