Abstract: Original study on physiological populations and quantity of rhizosphere microorganism was worked on which selected the soil of super-high ecological rice fields in Taoyuan county Yunnan province. During the growing periods of rice, it was showed that the count of bacteria and actinomycetes were found IIyou28﹥Yongyou6﹥Shanyou63﹥IIyou725(cK), so did the changes of rice yields. The count of fungi was that Yongyou6﹥IIyou28﹥Shanyou63﹥IIyou725(cK).The quantity fluctuating of the rhizospheric bacteria, fungi, actinomycetes were not in accordance with the rice growing stage. It was different distinct differences that the quantity changes of the rhizospheric bacteria, fungi, actinomycetes in the same growing periods in different fields. In addition, the more abundant microorganism quantities, the higher rice yields.
