Abstract: The development of fruit processing industry in Guangxi can not be satisfied the needs of fruit industry. To study on countermeasure for further development of fruit processing industry and promoting the development, we will win the superiorities among the competition in domestic and foreign and realize the development of Guangxi fruit industry continued and stable advance. The author, base on the analysis of the current state and the problems about Guangxi fruit processing industry and referring the trend of the world fruit processing industry, proposes the superiorities of developing potential and production cost and sugarcane industry and the marketing region. It is necessary to strengthen the own superiorities, adjust the region arrangement, make clear the direction of development, strive to enhance the strength of the main processing enterprise, push the industrialization, improve ability level about technical innovation of fruit processing, speed up constructing the system of fruit processing quality standards, strength the support to the fruit processing industry, develop the fresh fruit processing.
