Abstract: This article introduced the definition in measurement ,evaluation process and the evaluation method of uncertainty. Author analyzed the sources of uncertainty in determination of the malachite green residues in aquatic product. The expanded uncertainty was obtained.It is reference to evaluation of uncertainty.
