Abstract: The technique of no-tillage cast-transplanted rice is an innovative achievement in Guangxi farming. Accordingly, the extension and application of the innovative achievement is introduced in this paper. And the advantages and effect of the technique of no-tillage cast-transplanted rice is also analyzed. As a result, five countermeasures on the extension of new agricultural techniques are put forward on the basis of experiences of the successful practices.
