Abstract: The quality of wheat seeds is influenced not only by their own genotype, but also by the impact of cultivation. Among them, water and fertilizer are major contributing factors, they can change the quality of wheat. In order to detect the effect of irrigation, fertilizer, biological-organic fertilizer interaction on wheat quality. In medium fertile field, a method was adopted of stepwise regression of doubling screening to analyze the six factors of water and fertilizer affecting the quality of wheat, among which, the insignificant factors would be omitted and the significant ones reserved. Seven regressive prediction models were established, the results show all the seven factors are involved and the established models were used to return the measure so as to evaluate the subjective assessment index of the fabric handle exactly.
