Abstract: In order to solve the problem of the farmers’ training, the current situation of the farmers’ training was analyzed through theory research. Science and technology, the relationship between supply and demand, institutional factors and fund investment are the main factors of the farmers’ training. Research was also made by empirical analysis and the right direction for the future of the training for farmers was made.
