Abstract: Genomic DNA and cDNA sequences of lactase from Aspergillus niger DL116 were cloned by PCR and RT-PCR. Sequences analysis revealed that the genomic DNA was 3368bp containing eight introns, cDNA was 2967bp,encoding a protein of 988 amino acids,12 potential N-glycosylation sites were assumed.
