Study On Control Effect of 0.2 Percent Celangulin EC on Ectropis Obipua Hypulina Wehrli

Abstract: 【OBJECTIVE】 The control effect of the botanical pesticide celangulin EC on pesticides was studied in this experimentation, especially Ectropis obipua hypulina Wehrli. 【METHOD】 In the control effect experimentation indoor, the tea leaves was dealed with 500,1000,1500 times 0.2 Percent Celangulin and were put into jam bottles and were put a certain number of the 2th instar larvae of Ectropis obipua hypulina Wehrli. The Control effect experimentation in land was used 1500 times liquor. The Control effect contrast experimentation of small parts of land on Empoasca flasvescems Feb. were used 500,1000,1500 times 0.2 percent celangulin. 【RESULTS】 The result of the experimentations indicate that the part used 500 times liquor’s death rate was 98.67% and the part used 1000 times liquor’s death rate was 85.33% and the part used 1500 times liquor’s death rate was 73.33% indoor after 3 days. And in land, using 1500 times liquors 10 days on Ectropis obipua hypulina Wehrli, the control effect is 88.13% to 90.69%. Using 500 times liquor’s 8 days on Empoasca flasvescems Feb., the control effect is 63.66% to 80.11%. 【CONCLUSION】 The experimentations indicate that the control effect of the liquor is good and the control effect lasts long. 0.2 percent celangulin, the botanical pesticide, can be used in a nuisance -free tea base.
