Abstract: Myzus persicae (Sulzer) is the important pest of vegetables and fruits, the new plant insecticide will benefit the safe and effective control the damage caused by Myzus persicae. The ethanol extracts of Zanthoxylum bungeanum、Corydalis bungeana、Oldenlandia diffusa et al.were obtained with ultrasonic wave from 40 Chinese material medicines, the insecticidal activity of these extracts to Myzus persicae was tested in laboratory. Results showed that the 12 species of them presented more than 50% insecticidal activity to Myzus persicae, the extracts of Zanthoxylum bungeanum and Corydalis bungeana had the best insecticidal activities, the corrected mortality could reach 93% and 83% respectivly after 48 hours. Zanthoxylum bungeanum and Corydalis bungeana et al. 12 Chinese Material Medicines were worth developing.
