Abstract: 【OBJECTIVE】To establish a method for HPCE finger printing determination of white muscardine silkworm. 【METHOD】Electrophoretic conditions were as follows: an applied voltage of 20kV, at 25℃, detected at a wavelength 201nm. 【RESULTS】The main components in white muscardine silkworm are successfully separated. The observation of methodology was in keeping with quantitative determination and qualitative study. 【CONCLUSION】This method can be used for the quality control of the preparation of white muscardine silkworm with good precision.
