Abstract: 【OBJECTIVE】In order to good production for high-oil soybean varieties, integrated action of nitrogen, phosphorus and potassium fertilizer on oil content in high-oil soybean were probed in this paper. 【METHOD】The action model was established for effects of nitrogenous, phosphorus and potassium fertilizer on oil content for soybean variety Dongnong46 with high oil content by using orthology regression rotating method. The rule of effects of nitrogenous, phosphorus and potassium fertilizer on the oil content in soybean was discussed by this model. 【RESULTS】The mon-factorial and interaction effects of nitrogenous, phosphorus and potassium fertilizer on the oil content were affected by other factors. Nitrogen fertilizer has produced positive effect on oil content, whereas phosphor and potassium fertilizer has produced positive and negative effects to oil content. Fertilizing measure to get oil contents over 23 % for Dongnong46 with 95% possibility were N 0.068~0.117 g/kg,P2O5 0.274~0.536 g/kg and K2O 0.060~0.109 g/kg. 【CONCLUSION】Oil content in high-oil soybean variety can be regulated by different utilization amount and ratio of nitrogen, phosphorus and potassium fertilizer.
