Abstract: Drought resistance of 4 different tobacco cultivars(YH01、YH02、YH03、K326) was studied under drought conditions induced by controlling irrigation from their photosynthesis character in their vigorous growing stage which could afford academic directions for different planting environment of flue-cured tobacco. The result of the experiment indicated that the sensitivity and endurance for drought stress of 4 different tobacco cultivars were obvious diversity, and the order of anti-drought endurance among 4 different tobacco cultivars was YH02＞YH01＞YH03＞K326, which could offer reasonable planting system, academic directions for tobacco growth and breeding in different environment
