Abstract: The rhizosphere is a lively ecosystem interface between plant and soil, plants as the first producer transports partial photo-assirnilated substances to root, which supplies rhizosphere microorganism for carbon and energy by root exudates, microorganisms transforms organic nutrient into inorganic form for facilitating assimilation for plant uptakes, the interaction between plants, soil and microorganism constitutes the base of ecological function for soil ecosystems.Recently, research content of rhizosphere microorganism has largely expanded along with the development of soil micro-environmental research. This paper integrates domestic and foreign research trend to summarize influence of correlative factors to rhizosphere microorganism biodiversity and ecological function.
