Abstract: The microbial physiological group diversity in inoculated and control pig manure composting was studied by cultivation a method. Compared to control composting, the number of bacteria、actinomycetes、were increased 4.53%、6.37%respectively, and the total number of microorganism were increased 4.22%, and that fungi were decreased 65.93%. The results had shown that ZZMZ composting microeclogial modulator could stimulate microbial growth, quickened the composting, and shortened the composting cycle.
