Abstract: Since the implementation of “positive list system” on 29 may 2006 by Japan, Chinese agriculture product export has been greatly influenced. The subject of this article is characteristic product exporting to Japan--Qing-geng-Cai, whose MRLs in “positive list system”, Chinese standard, CAC, and the standard of other developed countries have been analyzed and studied. Considering the present practice of pesticide, we put forward reasonable suggestions, and hope to supply reference for Qing-geng cai export.
