Abstract: The problems affecting agricultural technique extension were analyzed such as, system, expenditure, personnel, content, efficiency and so on. It is pointed out that the emphasis should be put on agricultural technique extension so as to fitting for the new situation of WTO.Agricultural technique extension is the key to agricultural sustainable development.
