Abstract: The purpose of the paper was to establish the tissue culture and propagation technique system of Malus Teli. The shoot segments of Malus Teli as explants were cultured in vitro with MS culture medium and sterile system was established. The effects of different plant growth regulator and shoot segments types on subculture and rooting were studied. The result showed the optimal medium for shoot segments was respectively as follows: the primary medium on MS supplemented with BA 0.5mg/L to 2.0mg/L and IBA 0.1mg/L,shoot proliferation medium on MS supplemented with BA 1.5 mg/L and IBA 0.1mg /L,rooting medium on 1/2MS supplemented with IAA 0.2 mg/L. The propagation rate of shoot could reach about 5.6 for 25 days and rooting rate was up to 91.9 percent.
