Abstract: It’s an objective requirement for social and economic development to enhance adjustment to agricultural structure in present China. Government has a direct influence on it under the background of system reform. At present, there exist some problems in offside, absence and impropriety of governmental behavior. It’s especially important to analyze the reason for correctly positioning governmental behavior and smoothly improving adjustment to agricultural structure.
