Abstract: The shoot tips of Vallisneria Spinulosa Yan were used as explants in the test of tissue culture and rapid propagation, the direct method of differentiation of young sprout by inducing embryoid was used with the basic MS culture medium with the different sorts and concentrations of phytohormone. The results showed that embryoid was induced and the young sprout formed from the plumules with the basic MS culture medium with 0.2-2mg/LBA, 0.2-2mg/LNAA, 0.2-2mg/LIBA, 30g/Lsugar, 10g/Lagar. When BA/NAA=3:1 and 1:1 or BA/IBA=1:1 and 1:10, the plants were getting the seeding that grew orderly and vigorously with fresh green leaves and higher leaf-like stems.
