Abstract: For researching the fungistasis activity of broom cypress (Kochia scoparia) seed, this experiment used the tracing method of bioactivity to investigate fungistasis active component. Its ingredient were separated by column chromatography. The result showed that the bioactivity of methanol extracts were markedly higher than petroleum ether and chloroform extracts(P<5%)., F13 had better fungistasis effect on Monilia cinerea in all the separating ingredient.
