Abstract: Based on Team Theories, this paper introduces the exploration & practice on sci-tech team construction and team innovation of our college in the course of building a new socialist countryside. During team building, our college has made remarkable achievements in scientific research, technology popularization, serving local economy, promoting the building of a new socialist countryside and so on. This research would provide helpful references for agricultural colleges and scientific research institutes to serve agriculture, rural areas, farmers and the building of a new socialist countryside.
