Abstract: Based on the laboratory analysis of nutrition in melamine waste, simulation experiment was conducted to study the effects of temperature, moisture and pH on the nutrition release. The result showed that the melamine waste contained 50.01% of nitrogen and it released very slowly, so it could be reuse as the material to produce the slow-release nitrogen fertilizer and controlled-release nitrogen fertilizer; With the increase of temperature and water content , total nitrogen, available nitrogen and NH4+-N were all improved ,but the amplitude of NH4+-N and available nitrogen were not remarkable as total nitrogen; In the alkaline soil，it is propitious to the release of nutrition and the total nitrogen improved obviously, but it was not good to the accumulation of NH4+-N.
