Abstract: We used the highly gall midge resistant variety of Guangxi, GX-M001,to do resistant/resistant gathering hybridization, that is to cross with another highly gall midge resistant variety Qingzhan which include the resistance gene of GM6,the gall midge resistant variety from overseas, HT1350, and the high yielding fine quality variety Guiruanzhan, by backcrossing and inbred, the resistance gene of GM6 were introgressed into GX-M001，we were successful to incorporate several resistance genes from different genetic background into one genotype and got new material for more resistance.
