Abstract: On the prerequisite of resolving technology supply and demand contradiction, this paper puts the "fault" relations along the institution for scientific research，various branchs of government , bamboo farmers and the bamboo-processed enterprise put into effect, and brings forward the pattern "following" method , namely the operation of the pattern of bamboo farmers to participate in technological innovation.
