Abstract: The leaf morphological characters about 60 muberry breed varieties which have local features were analysised in xinjiang in this study.the results of the analysis about its principal constitute，clustering and discriminatory shows that the different characters between materials up to extremely significant level(p>0.01); principal component analysis pick out three principal components that are leaf length，leaf width and morphous factor， Contribution rate of variance accumulation up to 67.99%;at the base of cluster analysis，we choice some parameters as area， length，width， perimeter， ratio of length and width， leaf thickless，leaf weight and morphous factor which have the extremely remarkable affection to the leaf blade morphological characters by discriminatory analysis，meanwhile we established six discrimination model that has higher discriminating power.
