Abstract: In order to reduce the content of cellulose in tobacco leaves after flue-curing and change the adverse effects of cellulose on tobacco leaves, the influences of the different amount of cellulase on tobacco cellulose content, chemical components and neutral aroma components was studied. The results showed that the content of cellulose was decreasing and the content of total sugar and reducing sugar was increasing as increasing of the quantity of additional amylase. When the amount of cellulase was 40u/g,the amount of neutral aroma components of tobacco could increase 25.52%.
