Abstract: In this paper, combined with the current reality of China’s forestry development, the necessity and problems were discussed preliminary about the management of forest resources assets. The specific measures and suggestions of strengthening forest resources and assets management were put forward so as to provide a reference for the realization of the asset management of forest resources.
