Abstract: Copper stress led to the reduction of nitrate content of plants. Nitrate reductase (NR) activity and vitamin C showed in negative correlation of copper stress.The contents of soluble protein lightly increased, then declined distinctly under the higher concentration of copper stress.The contents of soluble sugar increased in low-copper solution, then reduced when the copper concentration is above the certain degree.
