Abstract: It is the most important work of screening the parent on breeding of Phaseouus Vulgaris L. resistance to Anthracnose. There have been many reported about the identification of resistance to the use of appraisal seedling inoculation at home and abroad. In order to more accurately identify the resistant, easy to operate, based on the relevant research, the author researches the relevant the Pathogenicity to other factors, such as the anthrax bacteria were inoculated in different temperatures, in different culture, in different vaccination, and etc. The results show that it is early for spot to appear, and at the same time the pathogenic is the strongest, when the anthrax bacteria were cultured in 21~23 ℃ of the MA medium about 15~20 days, the concentration of vaccination is about 2.56 × 106 spores / ml.
