Abstract: According to pollution investigation of crop production, fish breeding and poultry raising in Chaohu Lake, we analyze the reasons of agricultural non-point pollution, and combine with the theory of externality to put forward controlling measures by ecological compensation, including project compensation, The adjustment of industrial structure, development of ecological agriculture and so on, at the same time we discuss ecological compensation policies in controlling Agricultural non-pollution.
