Abstract: Assessment outcome of the forestry investment environment can provide useful reference for forestry investors and local government. Author concluded five key factors, F1, F2, F3, F4 and F5 ,that effect the forestry investment environment by using factor analysis. Being compared with five provinces of Guangdong, Zhejiang, Jiangxi, Hunan and Hubei, Fujian province ranked first, fifth, second, first, forth and first in F1, F2, F3, F4, F5 and the overall assessment. Author found out the poor factors which affect the forestry investment environment in Fujian province by assessment, and provided tactics to improve the forestry investment environment for these defects in Fujian province.
