Abstract: Based on the experiments of the cotton, indoors and outdoors, the effects of the new multifunctional drought-resistant seed dressing formulation on cotton were investigated. The results indicated that such seed dressing formulation had an important role in promoting the budding rate and growth of the cotton plants.
