  New Discovery on Vary Law of Egg Laying Quails’ Body Temperature 2009, 25 (8):  1-6.  Abstract + ( 1211 )   PDF ( 659298KB )   ( 838 ) Abstract: The experiment was designed and carried on for verifying and mastering the general variety regulation of quail physiology and its normal body temperature. Double dependent variables, multiply factors, two tries and 6 repetitions were designed and adopted in the experiment. Chosen 12 quails, according to the sex, were divided into bisexual two tries naturally, 6 quails for each group. The environment temperature, and the relative humidity, and the body temperature under the right plumage of quail, and the frequency of breathe were tested, recorded and analyzed in day and night different time of 24 hs. The results are shown that average body temperature of quails (F, M) is 41.93 ℃ ±0.53℃.Among them average body temperature of the male quail (M) is 41.81 ℃±0.58 ℃, and the female’s (F) is 42.04℃±0.44℃. The obvious changing regularity at different time in day and night is found by still study. A day and night, the max value of average body temperature of the block on testing time is at 9:10 a.m., the mix value is at 18:00 a.p. There is significant different between them and humans or other animals which had studied by people. The normal body temperature of egg lying quails was proved on the study. It is the first discovery on vary law of egg lying quails body temperature.

  Study of HSP70 expression in heat stress mice epididymis 2009, 25 (8):  12-15.  Abstract + ( 1521 )   PDF ( 1231835KB )   ( 1159 ) Mice were treated by heat stress at the temperature 42℃ and one hour per day using incubator, and the sustaining systemic heat stressed animal model were established by this way. The control group and heat stress group mice were killed by cervical dislocation, when they were treated duration of heat stress to the day 8, 13, 21and 35, and the percentage of abnormal sperm in the epididymis was detected by using the modified Papanicolaou staining method, and the expression of HSP70 in the epididymis detected by immunofluorescence histochemistry and western blot analysis methods. The result showed: the percentage of abnormal sperm in the epididymis of heat stress group was increased with the prolongation of heat stress time, and was obviously higher than the control group; There was a strong expression of HSP70 in the control group(+++), however, the expression of HSP70 in the epididymis was weakened with the prolongation of heat stress time, 35d after the heat stress there was a very weak expression(±). The result indicated: The function of epididymis were damaged by heat stress, and the sperm deformity rate in the mice epididymis was increased; HSP70 in the epididymis was non heat inducible, it may played special effect in maturation process of epididymis sperm..

  Effects of black tea powder on egg laying and reproductive performance of Huainan Spotted-yellow Chicken , , , , , , , 2009, 25 (8):  19-21.  Abstract + ( 1511 )   PDF ( 431802KB )   ( 849 ) 【Objective】The research was to study effects of black tea powder on egg laying performance and reproductive performance in Huainan Spotted-yellow Chicken. 【Method】 528 Huainan Spotted-yellow Chickens (290 d of age) were used in a 50 d performance trail with four diets: Control group with zero percent black tea powder in feed, three trail groups with 0.5 percent, 1.5 percent and 2.5 percent black tea powder supplemented in control diet, respectively. Laying rate, feed conversion rate, percentage of healthy chicks, hatchability of male chicks, fertility of setting eggs, percentage of setting eggs and weight at birth were recorded and analyzed among each tested group. 【Result】The diet with 0.5 percent black tea powder showed a trend to increase laying rate, feed conversion rate, percentage of healthy chicks, ad hatchability of male chicks (P>0.05) compared to control group. Though the average eggs weight was lower than that of control group at the most significant level (P<0.01), Fertility of setting eggs (99.33%) was significantly higher than that of control group (93.67%) (P<0.05); percentage of setting eggs and weight at birth were 94.57% and 32.25 g, respectively, which were most significantly higher than control group (90.29% and 30.75 g) (P<0.01). The diets with more black tea powder (1.5% and 2.5%) had negative impact on egg laying and reproductive performance of Huainan Spotted-yellow Chicken. 【Conclusion】Diet with black tea powder of lower concentration (0.5%) could improve the egg laying performance and reproductive performance in Huainan Spotted-yellow Chicken.

A orthogonal design was applied to design sixteen combinations which included four factors and two level, and the interaction was considered. Evaluating the impact significance of various components on the production of enzyme by the visual analysis and variance analysis with the index of enzymatic activity. The result showed that K2HPO4?3H2O had the positive remarkable effect on the production of enzme in the range of this research, but FeSO4?7H2O was the reverse. he optimized combination was as follows, 0.1g CaCI2, 0.1g FeSO4?7H2O, 0.5g K2HPO4?3H2O and 0.5g MgSO4?7H2O in every litre of liquid medium, the enzyme activity was improved 111.916% compared to the control without adding inorganic salts. The result of statistical analysis indicated that the low concentration of FeSO4?7H2O and the high concentration of K2HPO4?3H2O，CaCI2 and MgSO4?7H2O can achieve the maximum of enzyme production.

Development of DNA sequencing technology and high-throughput SNP analysis technology make it possible that discoverys excellent genes by using linkage disequilibrium.This article summarizes the research of exploring excellent genes with linkage disequilibrium in crop germplasm resources groups.

  Cloning and Sequencing Analysis of PpERF1 Gene from Peach Fruit 2009, 25 (8):  38-41.  Abstract + ( 1451 )   PDF ( 709082KB )   ( 895 ) According to the nucleic acid sequence from EST database, two specific primers were designed and a 765 bp cDNA fragment containing 3′ untranslated region was amplified by RT-PCR from ripening peach fruit. The cDNA, named PpERF1, contains an ORF (open reading frame) which is 708 bp in length. PpERF1 contains a highly conserved, plant-specific DNA-binding domain, which is composed of three β-sheets and an α-helix. Multiple alignment of the ERF conserved domains shows that PpERF1 has 68.4%-100% identity to ERF homolog in other plants. PpERF1 shared high similarity at both nucleotide and polypeptide level with corresponding sequences from Arabidopsis, grape and pea.

  Research of embryogenic callus induction and transformation of ‘Nanfeng’ Tangerine 2009, 25 (8):  42-45.  Abstract + ( 1477 )   PDF ( 1407853KB )   ( 984 ) Abstract: ‘Nanfeng’ tangerine (Citrus reticulata), favorite for its sweet-fleshed and thin-rind fruit, is one of the oldest citrus cultivars in China. However, the decline of its fruit quality affected its commodity value. In order to explore a rapid and effective breeding programme for cultivar improvement, we performed Agrobacterium-mediated transformation of this cultivar using embryogenic callus induced from hypocotyl of seedling. Ti plasmid pROKII with the Arabidopsis APETALA1 (AP1) gene and a neomycin phosphotransferase II (NPTII) gene was used in this experiment. Totally, twenty-two resistant callus clusters were obtained with a mean number of 7.3 cell lines per plate. Further PCR and Southern blot analysis confirmed that transgenes were integrated into citrus genome. Though we have not succeeded in regenerating whole transgenic plants, this study indicate that embryogenic callus of ‘Nanfeng’ tangerine is ideal explants for genetic engineering.

  The isolation，Identification and Activity Detection of Endophytes from Cyperus rotundus L , , , , 2009, 25 (8):  46-49.  Abstract + ( 1575 )   PDF ( 2981660KB )   ( 849 ) Abstract: 4 strains of Entophytes were isolated from Cyperus rotundus L in this study, which were respectively belonged to Aspergillus(named XFf06.1 and XFf06.2)，Azotobacter Beijerinck(XFb)and Streptomyces(XFa).The result of detecting its antimicrobial activity showed that the product ion of the fermentative culture of the screened strains presented certain stable antimicrobial activity,especially XFa appeared highly antimicrobial activity to Bacillus subtilis and the antimicrobial activity of XFf06.1 to Apple cancer reached 96.3%.

  Coexpression of Tartary Buckwheat Allergen TBa and TBb 2009, 25 (8):  50-52.  Abstract + ( 1562 )   PDF ( 561989KB )   ( 968 ) Both TBa and TBb genes encoded tartary buckwheat allergenic protein’s two sununits, respectively. The genes were ligated into expression vector pET-28a and pET-32m for construct plasmids pET-28a-TBa and pET-32m-TBb. The two plasmids could be stably transformed and maintained in E.coli BL21(DE3) when both ampicilln and kanamycin were presented in the selective medium. After induction with IPTG, both TBa and TBb genes were coexpressed in E.coli, with their production as inclusion body. In the process of renaturation of coexpressed product, two subunits acted as molecular chaperones with each other, which promoted the refolding of protein TBa and TBb. ELISA indicated that the renatured protein had the improvement on the immunological activity and gained the activated protein. A new method for coexpression of proteins in E.coli containing two incompatible plasmids in which two different antibiotic resistant markers were included and inclusion body renaturation were also established.

  Extraction of Genomic DNA and Optimization of RAPD Reaction of Baphicacanthus cusia(Nees)Bremek , , , , ZHOU Yi-Fei 2009, 25 (8):  53-57.  Abstract + ( 1479 )   PDF ( 1779598KB )   ( 858 ) Abstract：The method for extraction genomic DNA from Baphicacanthus cusia(Nees)Bremek and some essential factors affecting the result of RAPD-PCR were investigated in the paper.PVP andβ-mercaptoethanol were added to lyses buffer in order to inhibit oxidation of polyphenol,high concentration of salt solution and elution for many times were used to remove polysaccharide, using above methods ,high quality DNA of Baphicacanthus cusia(Nees)Bremek could be obtained. Based on the high quality genomic DNA,some reaction conditions of PCR for RAPD were optimized.The results showed that the RAPD-PCR system with TaqDNA polymerase 1.25U, dNTP 0.25mmol/L, Mg2+ 2.5mmol/L,genomic DNA 50ng and random primer 1.0μmol/L in 20μl solution was suitable for Baphicacanthus amplification reaction.

  Difference of transient expression of OsWAK1::GFP in three tobacco species 2009, 25 (8):  58-61.  Abstract + ( 1924 )   PDF ( 876847KB )   ( 2628 ) In order to study the subcellular localization of rice OsWAK1, the fusion protein of OsWAK1::GFP (green fluorescence protein) was constructed. A Agrobacterium tumefaciens strain EHA105 containing OsWAK1::GFP fusion was inoculated through the stomata using a 1-ml plastic syringe and by gentle pressure on the lower epidermal surface of tobacco leaves. In the experiment three tobacco species Nicotiana glutinosa, Nicotiana tabacum cv. Sam and Nicotiana benthamiana respectively were used. As a result, the green fluorescence emitted from Nicotiana glutinosa was detected, but no green fluorescence was detected from Nicotiana tabacum cv. Sam or Nicotiana benthamiana which indicate the difference of the fusion protein expression in the three tobacco species, the fusion protein was transient expressed in Nicotiana glutinosa, but not in the other two.

Quality and quantity of the extracted DNA were compared for the there methods. The results showed that all of the there methods could obtain the DNA, but the improved CTAB could obtain the highest quantity of the purest fungal DNA. The purest DNA were amplified by PCR .The clear and singal gel fragment showed that the extracted DNA could usde for the other biological experiments.

The results showed that, 20 days after single spray, among the 23 insecticides tested, E2Y45, emamectin benzoate， abamectin, and fipronil got the control effect above 90%; dichlorvos,phoxim, chlorpyrifos, profenofos,fenitrothion,acephate,triazophos,quinalphos,trichlofon,monosultap, hexaflumuron, and fenobucarb were between 80%~90%. It was concluded that, if the insecticides were applied in the right time, most of them could effectively prevent the attack by Cnaphalocrocis medinalis in rice.

The optimum technology of stabilizing and the amount of complement material was studied by means of orthogonal test and single factor test. The results showed that: the suitable ratio of complement material was sugar 16%, soy 6% and salt 1.2%.The optimum parameters was baked 60℃ for 60 min and stir-fried 35 min.

However, they held a positive attitude towards nutrition, and desired to acquire more knowledge of nutrition and health.They have a correct understanding of the importance of the nutrition knowledge.About 98.04% students believe that nutrition knowledge is important in life and at the same time 76.95% students want to receive nutrition education.【CONCLUSION】It is suggested that nutrition education activities should be implemented to make the students know more nutritional knowledge and take healthy dietary practices.,to guide the formation of a reasonable dietary behavior, to improve their diet, to arrange meals reasonably and scientifically and to promote good health.

  Effects of the Incinerating Time on Assaying K,Ca,Na andMg in Coconut Leaves 2009, 25 (8):  85-87.  Abstract + ( 1529 )   PDF ( 401321KB )   ( 844 ) The coconut leaves were used as samples analysed effects of incinerating time on assaying content of K,Ca,Na and Mg in coconut leaves .With low temperature and different time high temperature for incnerating coconut leaves, it was assayed that contents of K、Ca、Na and Mg in the samples on Atomic Absorptive Spectrophotoneter. The results showed as below: For assaying contents of K,Ca,Na and Mg in coconut leaves ,respectively, the optimum time of high temperature for incnerating was 2h、2.5h、2h、2.5h . However, for assaying the coconuts of these four elements at the same time, the optimum time was 2.5h. Meanwhile, it was showed that the recovery rate of elements were 95%-106.3% at 2.5h of high temperature incinerating.

We had the conclusion that the dynamic law of soybean of every character in bearing periods. Through taking the sample to analyse during the different bearing period of the planting soybenan. We had the conclusion that the average weight of the fresh pod and the fresh grain appear the rising tendency at the beginning, but later it appeared to descend. The ration of the grain to pod began to rise . average each grain number was round about 2-3.Through the conclusion that analyse the content of the protein and the oil, we could know that the content the protein which in the high protein strains was the highest during the bearing period , and the content of the oil in the high oil strains was always the highest during every bearing period.

Furthermore, problems and prospects of QTL mapping were discussed in this review.It would benefit researches involving in QTL mapping and breeding for drought tolerance in wheat.

The three different classifiers of supervised classification— maximum likelihood classifier, minimum distance method and parallelepiped method were being adopted. The results showed that classification accuracy of maximum likelihood classifier was 86.25% and it was the best suitable method for the classification of arbors in Saihanba area. The classification accuracy of maximum likelihood classifier was 14.73 percentage points more than minimum distance method and the parallelepiped rule was not according with practical condition in this research.

The result showed that the content of soluble sugar, free proline and Malonaldehyde (MDA), electric conductivity under NaCl treatments were increased with the time. Under the salt stresses, the seedlings of the transgenic Sophora japonica L showed high soluble sugar content, high Membrane Stability and low MDA content, low free proline content compared with the non-transgenetic plants. SO that they have strong salt resistance．

The results showed that different varieties of rice have the different protein subunits amount, for example existed prolamine amount 11.53% only in Longjing 8 and content prolamine amount 13.39% and 13.61% in 99-135 light and the Fujitsu-Zein subunit, ranking the same level, but it’s rich glutetnin amount in protein-protein PB-II for 72.87% and 69.52 %,; Sui Japonica No. 3 prolamine amount content of 15.25% prolamine amount subunit relatively high. According to a single13kDa subunit analysis of the rice’s species, the 13kDa prolamine amount subunit’s content was higher than that of several other varieties obviously in the 3rd Sui Japonica and Indica and Japonica intercourse Teyou 21. In other words, the content of 13kDa prolamine amount subunit is different in the different species.

Ningmai 9 and Ningmai 13 were weak-gluten wheat varieties, which exhibited difference in grain yield, panicles, filled grains per panicle and 1000-grain weight under different fertility levers, and also difference in those characters on Ningmai 9 and Ningmai 13 under different fertility levers. The grain yield of Ningmai 13 was significantly higher than that of Ningmai 9 under 16 Kg pure N per 667m2, and its significantly less under 8 Kg pure N per 667m2 and no nitrogen Management. there was no significantly difference of grain yield between Ningmai 9 and Ningmai 13 under 20 Kg pure N and 12 Kg pure N per 667m2. Correlation analysis showed that there was significantly difference bewteen grain protein content, dough stability time and nitrogen fertilizer rate on Ningmai 9, and no significantly difference bewteen wet gluten content and nitrogen fertilizer rate. There was significantly correlation bewteen grain protein content, wet gluten content, dough stability time and nitrogen fertilizer rate on Ningmai 13. The results revealed the quality of wet gluten to Ningmai 9 was more stability than that of Ningmai 13.

But the scale of the seed enterprise is small, the management benefit is low, and the enterprise lacks competitive power. The goal of seed scientific research breeding is not clear, and it lacks the science effective mechanism. The funds in basic seed management structure were insufficient, which restricted the seed market effective supervising and managing. Seed germination and seedling are markedly harmed when it is cultivated in Soil salinity.the effects of different concentrations of NaCl on the germination of Swainsona salsulaTaub seeds were studied. It was showed that the germination was delayed in higher concentration of NaCl, and the relative germination index, the relative vitality index of Swainsona salsulaTaub seeds were all decreased. And there was no germination in 500 mmol/L NaCl solution,the conductibity and content of praline in the leaf was increased in higher concentration of NaCl, it is implied that the inhibition of membrane restoration might be one of the important reasons for the postponed germination and declined germination vigor under salt stress. In addition, the content of proline might be related to the salt tolerance.

The results showed that both starch content of endosperm and fat content of scutellum (except for 0~2 d) decreased. Endosperm starch content of sweet maize was lower than normal corn notably. The activities of starch hydrolytic enzyme and protein hydrolytic enzyme showed a single peak curve. The activity of fatty hydrolytic enzyme decreased. Enzyme activities of sweet corn were lower than those of normal corn at the prophase of seed-seedling transformation, and the differences were not significant at the anaphase. Therefore, storage substance and enzyme activities at the prophase of seed-seedling transformation were the important factors which limited seed-seedling transformation of sweet corn.

The results showed that, the degree of seeds dormancy is deep in the rainy and high humidity condition; the degree of Bt cotton seeds dormancy is deeper than non-Bt cotton seeds,; the degree of seeds dormancy that harvested before Sep 10 and after Oct 10 is deeper than what is harvested during the period; the degree of seeds dormancy of late-germination insect-resistant cotton is deeper than conventional insect-resistant cotton; the degree of insect-resistant hybrid cotton seeds is similar as the conventional insect-resistant cotton seeds.

To decrease the phytic acid P content in maize grain is an important approach to prevent the P-pollution. By field trials，the phosphorus content and phytic acid phosphorus accumulation of grain of two varieties of maize under different phosphorus levels were studied. The results indicated that Phosphorus fertilization can increase the total phosphorus content, Phytic acid content and accumulation in the grain. Phosphorus content and phosphorus accumulation of Jin-hai 5 is a little higher than that of Xun-dan20. Phytic acid phosphorus account for 50%-62% of the total phosphorus of maize grain. The proportion of Phytic acid phosphorus to total phosphorus in Jin-hai 5 with high phytic acid is higher than Xun-dan20 with low phytic acid. Increasing the phosphorus levels can reduce the phosphorus transfer rate of root, tassel, rachis and other parts of the two varieties of maize. But the percentage of phosphorus in grain transformed from root, leaves, and ear is not affected by phosphorus fertilization. The relationship of phytic acid P accumulation in grain to phosphorus content and accumulation in ear leaf and bracteata leaf at milky stage, and in seed at ripening period is positive significantly.

  Effects of Variety and Cultivated conditions on Salicylic Acid Content of Strawberry (Fragaria×ananassa Duch) Fruits. 2009, 25 (8):  199-204.  Abstract + ( 1346 )   PDF ( 925806KB )   ( 721 ) In order to clarify the relation between the endogenous salicylic acid content of strawberry fruit and its diseases resistance, and to help estimating the amount of SA taken from fruit comsumptioin by people, HPLC was used to measure the SA content of five varieties of strawberry which are susceptible or resistant to powdery mildew in open field and plastic simple greenhouse. The results showed that SA contents are greatly different among five strawberry varieties in two cultivation conditions, 1.904µg/g～5.023µg/g in open field and 1.068µg/g～4.201µg/g in plastic simple greenhouse respectively. There is no correlative relationship between endogenous SA contents in the fruits and their resistant ability against powdery mildew. Bound SA was the predominant form of endogenous SA in strawberry fruits with being 4 to 20 times as high as free SA in the measured five varieties of strawberry fruits. Both endogenous free SA and bound SA of strawberry fruit were declined gradually with the fruit maturity. It is suggested that SA content in strawberry fruits is controlled not only by genotype, but also by the cultivation and the environment.

The amino acids total quantities rank fourth, the human essential amino acid content rank second and the children essential amino acid content rank fourth. Pitaya fruit E/T value was 35.07%, the E/N value was 0.54, basically conformed to the requirement of ideal protein. The cell of root tip was inspected by microscope. Method 2: the method of dripping apical point With 0.001%,0.003%,0.005% and 0.01% trifluralin solution drip apical point seedling of different variety of pumpkin to induce chromosome doubling, the resut was detected with the number of chloroplast of leaf guard cells.[RESULT]The result showed that: about method 1 the best treatment for inducing tetraplont was obtained by socking seeds with 0.01% of trifluranlin solution for 6 hours, the induction frequency was 25.6%; about method 2 the result indicated that the best concentration for inducing tetraplont was the one of the 0.005% trifluralin solution, the induction frequency was 20 %.Among different variety, the induction frequency of tetraplont “Jing-hu No.1”,“Chang-qing No.1” and“2-9×1604-1”pumpkin seedling is respectively 26.7%,20% and 10%, [CONCLUSION] Trifluralin is able to induce pumpkin chromosome doubling and the sensitivity of different genotype of pumpkin to trifluralin is different.

The result showed that: with different amount of added maturity cow manure compost, the bulk density, pH value, electrical conductivity, the organic matter content of growing media increased by 15%~70%, 3.7%~33.3%, 62.1%~259%, 8.5%~81.9% respectively. But total porosity reduced by 1.7%~12.9% obviously. In a certain range, with an increase of amount of cow manure compost, the melon seeding growth increased, but the tomato seedling showed opposite symptoms. As compared with adding 25% cow manure compost in growing media, in treatment T3 (adding 15% cow manure compost) the stem diameter, height, dry weight, root/shoot ratio of melon increased by 24.1%, 26.7%, 21.1%, 10.6% respectively; and in treatment T1 (adding 5% cow manure compost) the stem diameter, height, dry weight of tomato increased by 23.5%, 9.3%, 36.4%, 3.9% respectively.

The results show that adult psyllid control provided by imidacloprid plus methomyl plus beta-cypermethrin 83 mg(a.i)/L and fenpropathrin plus triazophos plus quinalphos 110mg(a.i)/L and bifenthrin plus azone 25mg(a.i)/L was 100%, the control of quinalphos 250mg(a.i)/L and methidathion 200mg(a.i)/L was 99.0% to 96.8%, the control of phenthoate 500mg(a.i)/L was 100% to 91.4% ,while pirimiphos-methyl 500 mg(a.i)/L only gave 73.1%, toosedarin 6 mg(a.i)/L,pymetrozine 250 mg(a.i)/L each provided <40% control.

The results indicated that: (1) The economical yield and the biomass yield of different intercropping patterns were higher than CK. (2) The land equivalent ratio of different intercropping patterns was higher than mono-cropping pattern, because of the legumes and cereals intercropped, and the land utilization efficiency increased by from 4.0% to7.0%. (3) The pesticide, chemical fertilizer and agricultural mechanical inputs of different intercropping patterns were reduced, which was important to improve the farmland ecological environment. (4) The benefits and the ratio of economical output to input of the different intercropping patterns were improved much more than CK. The annual economical benefit was raised to 25067.7 yuan per hectare, and increased by 18.97% at most. We concluded that the intercropping pattern was the optimum substitution pattern to adjust the planting structure and to improve the farmland ecological environment.

Data from multi-point field trial plus indoor ingredient content analysis will be analyzed by SPSS 11.0 software. The active ingredient contents of different species of Salvia from the same origin and that of the same species cultivated in different regions were obviously different. The content of tanshinone Ⅰin 99-2 was extremely positively related to thin silt and with the content of Total-N it was significantly positively correlated. The content of Cryptotanshinone was extremely positively related to thin silt and significant positively related to Total-nitrogen. The content of Tanshinone ⅡA was significantly positively related to thin silt. Salvianolic acid B was negatively related to clay in the soil. The content of Tanshinone Ⅰin 99-5 was positively related to Thin silt proportion and with Total-N it was positively correlated. The content of Cryptotanshinone was significantly positively related to thin silt proportion and the same related to the content of Total-N. The content of Tanshinone ⅡA was significantly positively related to proportion of thin silt. The content of rosmarinic acid was negatively related to thin sand grains proportion in the soil. Proportion increasing of thin silt in soil and Total-nitrogen was favorable for accumulation of Salvia miltiorrhiza Bunge liposoluble constituent, while proportion increasing of clay was unfavorable for accumulation of Salvia water-soluble constituent. Therefore, during the cultivation of Salvia, different types of soil should be chosen for different types of active ingredients.

Agricultural E-commerce in China is in the initial stage of on-line agricultural commerce information service. In this article, PEST analysis tool of the competitive intelligence theory is used to analyze the current macro competitive environment of Chinese agricultural E-commerce from political, economic, social and technological points of view. The results indicated that, though there are disadvantages in our agricultural E-commerce industry in many aspects such as credit system and agriculture standardization, the basic hardware condition is already prepared. The primary obstacle that restricts agricultural E-commerce is the traditional ideology of the peasantry. The agricultural E-commerce enterprises should first realize the necessity of developing agricultural E-commerce, enhance its cognitive degree and help the farmers transform their traditional thoughts by utilizing our national agricultural policy.

Under different irrigation treatment, we studied the influence of irrigation rate and time on water consumption and yield. The result showed that: with the increase of time and rate of irrigation, total water consumption increased, Soil water reduced. Variation of water consumption intensity is relation to water supply of that stage, the more water supplied, the larger of water consumption intensity. Analyze the yield inscape we may know, water at jointing stage can increase spick numbers and No. grain per ear. Water at booting and flowering stage can promote 103 grain weight. The WUE that: 2 water treatment>3 water >4 water>1 water>ck. And with the increase of time and rate of irrigation, wheat yield also increase. That yield difference is not evidence 2 waters and 3 water’s treatment with 4 water, but water consumption reduced, it would achieve the source-sink of saving—water with high yield. Irrigation in the stage of booting and a thesis is efficient in spring wheat.

  Effects of Non-starch Polysaccharide Enzyme on Growth and Feed Utilization of Japanese flounder (Paralichthys olivaceus) Chen Jinghua 2009, 25 (8):  277-281.  Abstract + ( 1348 )   PDF ( 543231KB )   ( 584 ) Abstract: A study was conducted to evaluate the effects of non-starch polysaccharide (NSP) enzyme on growth and feed utilization of Japanese flounder (Paralichthys olivaceus). The NSP-enzyme pretreated soybean meal (SBM) was obtained by fermentation with Candida utilis. Four isonitrogenous and isocaloric diets were formulated. The control diet contained 68.0% fish meal (FM) as the main protein source, whereas 45% of FM protein was replaced by SBM protein in the SBM diets with 0 and 0.2% NSP-enzyme. The NSP-enzyme pretreated SBM diet was formulated in which NSP-enzyme pretreated SBM protein replaced 45% of FM protein. At the end of the feeding trial, the specific growth rate (SGR), feed efficiency ratio (FER), protein efficiency ratio (PER) and nitrogen retention of fish fed the SBM diet without NSP-enzyme were significantly lower than those in control (P<0.05). Comparing with the SBM diet without NSP-enzyme, the fish fed the SBM diet supplemented NSP-enzyme showed significantly higher SGR (P<0.01), FER, PER, nitrogen and phosphorus retention (P<0.05), and significantly lower nitrogen and phosphorus load (P<0.05). The SGR of fish fed NSP-enzyme pretreated SBM diet was significantly higher than that of the SBM diet without NSP-enzyme (P<0.01), however FER and PER were not significantly different from other treatments (P>0.05).

  Comparison of Growth and Path Analyses of Inbred and Cross-bred Populations in the Bay Scallop Argopecten irradians irradians Li Zhaoxia, Wang Chunde 2009, 25 (8):  282-285.  Abstract + ( 1431 )   PDF ( 472486KB )   ( 689 ) Abstract: Two inbred populations (UU and MM) and one cross-bred F1 population (UM) were constructed using brood stocks from the US and ME populations. Their growth parameters were measured on Day 112 and 164 and the major factors affecting their body weight were analyzed. The results indicated obvious growth hetereosis in shell height, shell thickness and whole weight (P<0.05), suggesting that it is possible to improve the production traits in bay scallop through inter-population hybridization. Path analyses showed that for inbred populations, shell length was the major factor affecting whole weight. For the cross-bred population, however, shell height was the major factor affecting whole weight on Day 112 while shell thickness was the major factor on Day 164. Therefore, different parameters should be used in selection of the cross-bred population at different stages to ensure the greatest hetereosis.
