Abstract: Abstract: Since the implementation of “positive list system” on 29 may 2006 by Japan, safety detection of agricultural product has been strengthened and Chinese agricultural product exportation has been greatly influenced. The article has studied the influence of “positive list system” since its application to 31 May 2008, especially the 24 detained vegetables because of pesticide residue substandard, and statistics the related pesticides and the substandard reasons in detail. Countermeasures and suggestions were put forward on this base.
