Abstract: Abstract: The effects of AM fungi on the chemical components of Salvia miltiorrhiza Bge.under different N-applied levels in the pot culture were studied. The results showed that AM fungi had significant influences on the growth of Salvia miltiorrhiza Bge. under different N-applied levels. Mycorrhizal infecting rate, soluble sugar, soluble protein,and N content of host plant were promoted by inoculation AM fungi under N-applied levels. Meanwhile, AM fungi had positive effects on the content of tanshinone of root content and whloe-plant. AM fungal inoculation is conducive to the growth of Salvia miltiorrhiza Bge. and raise seedlings of chemical ingredients. The inoculation effect of AM fungi was the best under 0.085~0.17g N/kg soil.
