Abstract: Advanced in tissue culture of Gerbera jamesonii in past few years are reviewed，which in cludes expants selection,inducing differentiation and transplantation of test tube Plantlet．Summarized the Primary problems in tissue culture of Gerbera jamesonii at present；And the effects of Vc and Transgenic Explant on it.Put forward the problems deserving further research are put forward．
