The Positive Analysis on Competitiveness of Yunnan province Tea Production

Abstract:

This research tried to analyze Yunnan province tea production competitiveness advantages from two levels of domestic and international and to compare the competitiveness advantages of Yunnan province tea production with other major tea producing provinces in China. The domestic competitiveness uses the Scale Advantages Indices (SAI), the Efficiency Advantages Indices (EAI) and the Aggregated Advantage Indices( AAI). The international competitiveness uses the Possession Rate of International Market (PRIM), the Normalized Trade Balance (NTB) and the Comparative Advantage (CA) Concluded that Yunnan province tea domestic and international comparative advantage was relatively competitive, but it was instability.
