Abstract:
As the differential hosts, Shen135,78599-1、Mo17、477、C8605、E28、7922 were selected to studied by physiology and biochemistry, isozyme analysis of hereditary and RAPD from more than 20 main culture varieties and 20 skeleton inbred lines. Pathogenic differentiation were determined for Curvularia lunata on Maize at present. The result indicated that physiological differentiation were consistent between seedling stage identification in greenhouse and adult plant in field. Seedling stage identification had the features of simple operation and determining conditions were easily controlled. Based on 8 differential hosts from maize growing area, there were 6 pathogenic types in 20 Curvularia lunata strains. The type A was superior pathogenic group which showed high pathogenicity and wide distribution, however, type D was inferior one spreading small range. The result of different methods had correlation, especially for high pathogenic differentiation strains. All can be divided into the corresponding group in the same. 98-18,98-11 albino strains are divided in one group. with other strains in the pathogenicity, aspects of phenotypic differences.
