Abstract:

This experiment' s aim is to evaluate the relationship between the immune procedure and the immune effect under the high ND maternal antibody through immuning chicken eggs with high ND maternal antibody at different ages and different levels. The results show that the maternal antibody has much more influence on chicken' s immune effect after using the live vaccine and oil-emulsion vaccine at the same time and the influence is much obvious to the younger chicken eggs. When the first immunation is got to 6log2 (11 ~ 13 days) and the second 14 days later, the level of protection (6log2) antibody ND can be the fastest, the highest and maintain the longest. So the best immunization procedure is the first when the chicken maternal antibody reducing to 6 log2 and the second 14 days later.
