Abstract:

The main and original production areas of kiwifruit in China are the mountain areas around the Sichuan, where cultivation areas of kiwifruit had exceeded 6666 ha. General quality of soil is poor, lacking of soil nutrients like available phosphorus, quick-acting potassium, available boron and molybdenum. Moreover, excessive fertilizer applying, unreasonable using structure and improper method, these problems catholically existed in kiwifruit production. The key to fertilization technology lies in increasing investment of organic fertilizer, paying attention to microelement fertilizer’s application and extending fertilizer formula after soil testing.
