Abstract:
This paper summarized the basic requirements of Pu-erh tea’s cleaning production,and pointed out the necessity of Pu-erh tea’s cleaning production according to food safety requirements. It proposed some main measurements of Pu-erh tea’s cleaning production, including the cleaning of factory production environment, Fuel, production equipments, technologies of production and worker operation. This paper also gives some advices to factories improving technique and producing safety Pu-erh tea.
