Abstract:

Effect of different proportions of straw and corn stalk on available nutrients and microbial numbers in grape replant soil was studied by pot experiment. The results showed available N content of replant soil decreased after straw and corn stalk application, however, available P and available K contents increased in different degree. The numbers of bacteria, actinomycetes and fungi in replant soil increased after straw and corn stalk application. The ratio of bacteria and fungi increased, and that of actinomycetes decreased in straw treatment. The ratio of fungi decreased in corn stalk treatment, and the ratio decreased as the rise of applied amount of corn stalk . Except 99.5% replant soil＋0.5% corn stalk treatment ,the ratio of bacteria increased and that of actinomycetes decreased.
