Abstract: Through analysis the advantages and disadvantages conditions of sugarcane growth climatic resources and the climate risk of frost， drought and flood in Rongan county, which belong to sugarcane north boundary climatic transition zone in Liuzhou city. The paper Propose climate dealing measures for large scale development sugarcane production in Rongan county, demonstrates the feasibility of large scale sugarcane planting in Rongan county, through making good use of special mountain climate resources and material and human resources to avoid unfavorable factors.
