Abstract: The spread of the agricultural sci-tech acts as the bridge and link of converting its achievements into real productive forces. The government of Yangling demonstration zone has been playing a key role in exploration of agricultural sci-tech system innovations, and actively functioning as Forced institutional innovation, Induced institutional innovation, successfully breaking path dependence of the system change exploring various new modes of agriculture spreading, promotion the cooperation between agricultural sci-tech research and real productivity, and providing a new thinking method for the development of our country’s agricultural sci-tech.
