Abstract:：This paper analyzes vegetable quality safety control behavior of Shanghai using investigated data. The results show that organization degree is not high and farmer’s participation in the scope of vegetable technology training is not large. And also, vegetable farmers who use highly toxic pesticide still exist. Although part of vegetable farmers have quality assurance consciousness. However, in general, price determines the important factors of vegetable farmers processing behavior.
