Abstract:

By way of sampling investigation into the land–losing farmers in southward managing area Venus village Jiu Jiang City town Nan Hai zone Fo Shan city. It is resulted that the land-losing farmers have both not included in the urban social security system and also become the loss of the land on the edge groups. They face great social risk and become an essential element which may exert a great influence on the process of urbanization and the social stability of our country. This subject try to put forward ways and proposals for dealing with the matter on the basis of the practical situation in Fo shan city and the experience in solving the similar problems from Other parts of China.
