  Control of Sprinkling System Based on THI for Cooling Dairy Cows 2010, 26 (2):  1-5.  Abstract + ( 1264 )   PDF ( 574159KB )   ( 863 ) Against the bad effects of high temperature to dairy cows, this paper makes a further study on the control of sprinkling system for cooling dairy cows. According to the life style of dairy cows, this study realizes the control of sprinkling system through controlling mode, which uses temperature-humidity index (THI) as a chief control parameter, also adding time parameter, thus efficiently reducing cow’s heat stress.This paper presents main part of hardware and software design of the controlling system.The control system was developed with Single-Chip Microcomputer technology, consisting of controlling part and power driving part. The MCU of controlling part adopts AT89S52 microcomputer, and the peripheral circuits include power supply, data gathering and memory, AD converter, real time chip, LED display, keyboard scanning and relay driving module; The power driving part mainly designs the alternate-running sprinkling mode, realizing the direct control of cooling equipment..

  Effects of Cation Ion Salt on Production Performance and Ionic Balance in Lactating Cows 2010, 26 (2):  6-10.  Abstract + ( 1148 )   PDF ( 512663KB )   ( 716 ) （Objective）This experiment was conducted to study the effect of cation ion salt on production performance of dairy cows and ionic balance.(Method) Forty-eight Holstein cows with no significant differences in lactation period, milk yield and parity, were randomly divided into 4 groups, each were fed with cation ion salt 0 g / d, 20 g / d, 30 g / d and 40 g / d respectively.The feeding trial lasted for 55 days . (Result) The results showed that: the milk yield、fat、protein、lactose of test groups were all improved, the content of K+、Na+、Ca2+、Mg2+ in milk were also increased,but there were no significant effect on percentage of Cl-and SO42+（P>0.05）; there were no significant effect on the percentage of K+、Mg2+ 、Na+、Cl- in serum（P>0.05）,but there were significant raising on the percentage of SO42+（P<0.05）. (Conclusion) These results indicated that adding the cation ion salt into the dietary of lactation dairy cows can increase the milk production,maintain ionic balance, it will help to ensure the health of dairy cows.

  Study on Nutritional Quality and Correlation of Different Alfalfa Varieties 2010, 26 (2):  11-15.  Abstract + ( 1187 )   PDF ( 559034KB )   ( 778 ) Abstract: A complete randomized block design was used in the experiment. The nutritional value of alfalfa, and correlation analysis were studied in this research. Several results were obtained from the experiment. (1) As cutting times of alfalfa increased, the plant height decreased, plant height of the top four alfalfa varieties was Sandili, Derby, Golden queen, Sitle, and plant height of which was more than 60 cm. (2) The 14 alfalfa varieties could survive safely the winter. Sitle has the highest dry matter yield (up to 16.14 t/hm2), next comes Golden queen, Sandili, Empress, ACAah. (3) The change of the same element varied with the rice variety, leaf-stem ratio of Affinity was the highest among the fourteen alfalfa varieties (up to 54.69%), the following is Multiking, Derby, Golden queen, Millennium, and the leaf-stem ratio of the first five varieties was above 50%; crude protein content of Multiking was the highest (up to 20.21%), the following is Affinity, Millennium, ACAah, Derby. (4) Dry matter yield had significant positive correlation with plant height(p<0.05), leaf stem ratio had extremely significant positive correlation with crude protein content and extremely significant negative correlation with crude fiber (p<0.01), so in breeding and introducing new alfalfa varieties, dry matter yield and nutritional value could be predicted in the field by plant height and leaf stem ratio, and we also could predict yield and nutritional value by measuring plant height and leaf stem ratio in the field.

  Study on Technique of Juvenile Lamb inReproduction over early 2010, 26 (2):  21-25.  Abstract + ( 913 )   PDF ( 572750KB )   ( 855 ) The technique of juvenile lamb in reproduction over early is an integrative embryonic biotechnique system including superovulation, ovum pick-up, fertilization in vitro, embryo transfer etc. According to the characteristic of prepubertal lambs (1-2 month) ovaries, which are sensitive to hormone and have less atresia, the technique of induction lamb follicular development (shortened form “juvenile lambs superovulation ”) is effective in obtaining oocytes from sheep ovary. The prospect and present situation of over early use significance of juvenile lamb are overviewed from significance, superovulation, fertilization in vitro and embryo transfer etc aspects in this paper.

  Effects of different energy on mutton quality in Hybrid Lamb 2010, 26 (2):  26-29.  Abstract + ( 1010 )   PDF ( 498834KB )   ( 812 ) Thirty six female lambs were selected to study the effects of energy level on water holding capacity, pH values and shear force in the experiment. The lambs were randomly divided into 3 groups and the energy levels were 7.21MJ/d (low energy group), 10.33 MJ/d (middle energy group) and 13.49 MJ/d (high energy group) respectively. The results showed that there were no obvious difference on water holding capacity, pH value and shear force between the middle energy group and the low energy group (P>0.05). The water holding capacity and pH value of high energy group were significantly higher than those of low energy group (P <0.05). The longissimus muscle shear force of high energy group was significantly lower than those of middle energy group and low energy group (P<0.01). The biceps femoris shear force of high energy group was significantly lower than that of low energy group (P<0.01). In conclusion, dietary energy level had influence on mutton quality.

  The study of Steroids Degradation Using the Inproved Strains from Comamonas testosteroni ZHOU Yi-Fei 2010, 26 (2):  34-37.  Abstract + ( 1094 )   PDF ( 642483KB )   ( 712 ) Abstract：Chicken feces are regarded as a high quality organic fertilizer because of containing much nutrition. With the development of farming,the pollution that is caused by chicken feces is becoming more and more serious. According to treatments with different temperatures、times、quantities of inoculation、content of water and in the situation of slack and vibration, the optimum conditions of four kinds of bacterium were studied. The main results were as follows：the biodegrading frequencies of C.test、Pktac- A8、C.test+Pa、C.test+Pb were increasing with the temperature from 4℃ to 30℃. Frequency of C.test+Pa was the highest among four kinds of bacterium. 15d and 5ml were the optimum quality of inoculation.was the optimum time to get the best degradation result. Moreover，the experiment proved that the 66.7% content of water in chicken feces was the optimum teatment humidity.

  Rapid Construction of RNAi Expression Vector of LCHS2 Gene from Lilium Based on the Principle of Homologous Recombination 2010, 26 (2):  38-44.  Abstract + ( 1202 )   PDF ( 2217490KB )   ( 1406 ) Abstract：With the Gateway technology based on homologous recombination and for the request of pENTR TOPO vector and LCHS2 gene sequence from Oriental Lily cv 'Sorbonne', a special pair of primers were designed, the upstream of which beared 'CACC' at 5' end. An interference fragment of 636bp was obtained by PCR amplification with the primers above and cloned into pENTR/D-TOPO to form pENTR/D-CHS via TOPO cloning. Then the ccdB fragment on destination vector pHellsgate12 was replaced by the interference fragment on pENTR/D-CHS via LR reaction to form RNAi expression vector pH12-CHSi, which was transformed into Agrobacterium strain GV3101 by electroporation. The finished work provides foundation for petunia transformation and research on the effect of down-regulated expression of CHS gene on pigmentation of flowers.

  Research Advances in Potassium Ion Channel of Tobacco and Stress Resistance of Transgenic Tobacco 2010, 26 (2):  45-49.  Abstract + ( 1012 )   PDF ( 576014KB )   ( 1165 ) Abstract: The potassium ion channel is the important channel protein to absorb potassium from soil for tobacco, can significantly improve the quality and the resistance of tobacco, so transferred potassium ion channel gene is widely used in tobacco, such as making use of vector-mediated transformation and direct DNA uptake transformation for the transferred high absorption and accumulation type potassium ion channel gene. Transferred potassium ion channel gene tobacco markedly increases potassium uptake and stress resistance, and improves the drought resistance of tobacco, cold resistance, disease resistance, salt tolerance, etc. Transferred potassium ion channel and resistance-related genes have become new ways for improving stress resistance of tobacco.

  Analysis of genetic diversity of New Middle –Late Lines of Japonica Rice in Henan Province by SRAP 2010, 26 (2):  50-54.  Abstract + ( 931 )   PDF ( 717866KB )   ( 756 ) Abstract: The report on SRAP(Sequence-related amplified polymorphism) analysis of new middle-late maturing lines of rice was rare in China, so the study was done to assess genetic diversity of 16 new lines of Japonica rice in Henan Province based on SRAP. 104 bands were amplified by using 10 pairs of random primers selected from 70 primers, of which 66 were polymorphic bands, and the polymorphic percentage of bands was 63.46%. 8 varieties can be identified by 9 primers which consists of single-marked band or specific-lost band. In addition, 16 accessions were also clustered by SPSS11.5 software. The results showed that 16 accessions could be classified into five groups. Xinfeng 039 and Yujing 6 were clustered respectively. The genetic similarity coefficient of 16 varieties was from 0.186 to 0.808, among which the most insignificant one was Xinjing 03260 and Xindao 03G43, and the most significant one was 3You 121 and Yujing 6. The results at molecular level provided a feasible research foundation for germ plasma identification, genetic diversity analysis and hybrid parents selection in rice breeding.

  The study on The antibacterial ability and virulence intensity of Honggumycin to bacterium 2010, 26 (2):  55-59.  Abstract + ( 1130 )   PDF ( 808782KB )   ( 876 ) Abstract: Objective: The purpose of this study was to grope for antibacturial ability and virulence intensity of Honggumycin.Methods: Honggumycin was used as experimental material and nine kinds of bacterium was used as the tested strains separately. The antibacterium and virulence intensity of Honggumycin to bacterium is tested by the method of turbidity comparing. Results: In all the nine tested bacterium,Honggumycin has antibacterium for the eight bacterium except for Aeromonas hydropila. EC50 and EC90 of the eight bacterium were as follows: Staphylococcus aureus, 0.002mg/L and 0.017mg/L, Bacillus cereus, 0.02 mg/L and 0.19 mg/L, Bacillus megaterium, 0.08 mg/L and 0.44mg/L, Sh.flexneri, 0.17 mg/L and 1.87 mg/L, Pseudomonas solanacearum, 0.26 mg/L and 2.3 mg/L, Escherichia coli,0.73 mg/L and 4.49 mg/L, Xanthomonas citri, 0.73 mg/L and 5.0 mg/L, Xanthomonas oryzae, 124 mg/L and 226mg/L.Conclusion: Honggumycin have a very strong inhibition to eight of the rest kinds of the tested bacteria respectively.

  Study on single chromosome microdissection technique for pomelo（Citrus grandis） 2010, 26 (2):  60-63.  Abstract + ( 851 )   PDF ( 837137KB )   ( 757 ) With immature embryos of Citrus grandis‘Guanximiyou’ as material, the effect of the three factors, enzyme treating time, pycnosis treating time in ice water and dyeing, were studied in the process of single chromosome microdissection technique. The resluts indicated that the ideal effects had been proved with enzymatic hydrolysis of mixing 2% cellulose enzyme and 0.5% pectic enzyme for 40～60 min, then pycnosis treatment in ice water for 20～30 min after post-hypotonic treatment, and carbol fuchsin solution dyeing. Using this technique, the chromosome images were clear with satisfying background, each chromosome separation and extension adequately, it is suitable for next research for single small chromosome microdissection.

  Cloning and Expression of △6 -Fatty acid Desaturase Gene From Mucor.pusillusv 2010, 26 (2):  64-67.  Abstract + ( 1082 )   PDF ( 1141813KB )   ( 828 ) Objective:Cloning and Expression of △6-Fatty acid Desaturase Gene From Mucor.pusillusv.Methods:The research used a strain of GLA produceing Mucor, through PCR method, got a △6-fatty acid desaturase gene of Mucor.pusillus,and generated a recombinant vector pYMpD6D.The recombinant plasmid pYMpD6D was transformed into S. cerevisiae INVScl using lithium acetate method, and using the yeast expresses system pYES2.0 to confirm that this gene can cause the yeast to synthesis GLA. Results:Though GC analyze, the GLA content about 6.53％ in total fatty acid.This research broaden a way for deep research on △6-fatty acid desaturase gene family,and lay certain foundation for further uses this gene to improve the crops quality.

  Screening for Ingredients of a Liquid Culture Medium for Rice Pollen Germination Test 2010, 26 (2):  68-70.  Abstract + ( 1212 )   PDF ( 449503KB )   ( 993 ) The pollen germination rate (PGR) is one of the most important factors in evaluating the pollen vitality. Practically, low-cost, high-speed and feasible culture methods for determination of PGR are lacking. In the present study, we tried to screen the ingredients of a liquid culture medium for rice pollen germination test based on some previous studies. The results indicated that, with a two-line hybrid rice cultivar Liangyou 818, pollen germination rate in the culture medium with a ingredient of 155g/L sucrose +20mg/L H3BO3+40mg/L CaCl2+5 mg/L VB1 showed significantly greater than the other ingredient-based media, with a highest PGR 63.78%. In addition, this culture method was characterized by low-cost, stability in PGR, and evenly distribution of pollens in the surface of the culture medium.

  Study On microwave-assisted extraction of Flavonoids from Com Silk 2010, 26 (2):  71-73.  Abstract + ( 1074 )   PDF ( 539761KB )   ( 868 ) Microwave-assisted extraction techniques of flavonods from Com Silk were studied by the single factor analysis and orthogonal test. The results showed that the optimum conditions were the concentration of ethanol 50%, the ratio of material to liquid 1: 50 (g: mL), the extracting temperature 70℃ and the extracting times 8 min. The extraction rate of flavonoids was 1.13%. Compared with the tradition water extraction method, the time of microwave-assisted extraction shortens by 9/10 and the extraction rate increases by 11%.

  Screening and Research of Sweet Maize with Tolerance to Low Phosphorus Stress at Seedling Stage 2010, 26 (2):  74-79.  Abstract + ( 1075 )   PDF ( 501374KB )   ( 717 ) Main biological traits of sweet maize and their relationships were investigated under both low phosphorus and high phosphorus conditions, with 18 landraces at seedling stage. The results showed that low phosphorus stress had greater influence on dry matter weight and P accumulation. There existed genotype differences of sweet maize landraces in tolerance to low-P stress. Dry matter weight and P accumulation could be used as indexes of screening sweet maize with tolerance to low- phosphorus.The result also indicated that Dingjian, Taiwanhuazhen and Xiantian number 5 had better tolerant ability to low-phosphorus stress, belonging to low-phosphorus-resistence varieties; while the tolerant ability to low-phosphorus stress of Jinmao number 3, Meiyu number 3 and Jinshengwang were very worse, belonging to low-phosphorus-sensitive varieties; and the other varieties belonged to the middle low-phosphorus-resistence varieties.

The results showed that the transplanting survival rate was the highest(94%) and the recovering stage was shortest(8 d) for the strong seedling in 1st leaf period. The transplanting survival rate was higher for soilless-grow seedling, transplanting after digging holes. The seedling cultivating in clay soil had lower survival rate and longer recovering stage, but film-mulching could improve them.

  Screening of RAPD Primer for Study of Genetic Relationship among Walnut (Juglans regia L.) Cultivars 2010, 26 (2):  84-90.  Abstract + ( 1195 )   PDF ( 846726KB )   ( 891 ) In this study, the preferential RAPD technology for walnut genetic analysis was successfully developed with utilization of 11 nt length primers instead of 10 nt ones and accurate selection of annealing temperatures, which was the results from the study on 30 walnut cultivars. Based on RAPD fingerprint quality, 18 11nt-primers have been screened from 40 ones for further walnut genetic analysis. These 18 primers could amplify 111 PCR bands ranging from 500 to 3050 bp in size, among which 77 were polymorphic bands and the polymorphism was 69.4%. The genetic relationships among the 30 walnut cultivars were analyzed using these RAPD polymorphic markers and the phylogenetic tree of these cultivars was also constructed, in which 10 distinct groups were clustered.

  Effects on Peroxidase and Phenylalanine Ammonia-lyase of Witches' Broom of Jujube Branches under Salt-alkali Stress 2010, 26 (2):  100-104.  Abstract + ( 1124 )   PDF ( 614450KB )   ( 807 ) Abstract: The experiment were studied on the change law of soluble protein content, peroxidase and phenylalanine ammonia-lyase of witches broom of jujube branches between Changhong and Yuanhong. The changes of Na2CO3 or NaCl will get an auxin mass fraction of soluble SP content of Y, all could made significant differences on POD. There is a significant difference at 0.01 level on PAL by the change of Na2CO3 . The results showed that peroxidase and phenylalanine ammonia-lyase could be seen as the important physiologic index while resistant variety selecting.

  Effects of BR and CCC on Tomato Plug-seedling Quality in Summer and Autumn 2010, 26 (2):  105-108.  Abstract + ( 822 )   PDF ( 512279KB )   ( 759 ) Tomato plug-seedling was treated in summer and autumn with CCC and compounds of CCC and BR respectively for increasing quality. The results indicated that treatment of 200mg/kg CCC was significantly increased in root-shoot ratio, seedling index, root activity, soluble protein and decreased in height, compared to control in summer，while treatment of 100 CCC +0.1mg/kg BR was significantly increased in root-shoot ratio, seedling index, chlorophyll, soluble sugar and decreased in height compared to control in autumn.

  The Comparison Test Preliminary Report of Castor Hybrid Varieties 2010, 26 (2):  109-112.  Abstract + ( 921 )   PDF ( 470581KB )   ( 784 ) In order to appraise and select new varieties of castor, we follow the region test standards in castor hybrids, The test region be repeated three times and arranged random, The experimental results showed that the yields of Zibo-castor №7,and №5, and №6 reached 330.13kg/667㎡,320.10kg/667㎡,305.24kg/667㎡ respectively, That production were increased 59.43%, 54.59% ,47.41% respectively compared with the Zibo-castor №2. The growth period is favourable and comprehensive properties is good of all varieties,It is suitable to be recommend and spread for castor-oil-producing areas in China.

  Breeding Report on the Super Wheat Variety of Yunong 416 2010, 26 (2):  113-115.  Abstract + ( 1530 )   PDF ( 443114KB )   ( 736 ) Yunong 416,a super wheat variety,was bred by Henan Agricultural University. Its yield was 5.96% and 3.19% higher than those of Yumai 49 and Zhoumai 18 in 2007 and 2008 respectively.In production test, its yield is 7.4% higher than that of Zhoumai 18.It was been proved by Henan Evaluation Committee of Crop Variety in 2009 and its number was 2009001.The variety is suitable to be planted in many regions of Henan province and similar ecological regions of adjacent provinces such as Anhui，Shanxin，Shandong and Jiangsu.

CONSTANS(CO) is a key gene determining the flowering of Arabidosis in photoperiodic pathway. Now, CONSTANS-like(COL) genes with conserved domains have been found in many plants, which control flowering time in different way among the species. In this review, we present (1)the protein structure of CONSTANS, its domains and corresponding function; (2)advances in regulation mechanisms of CO and its function in photoperiodic pathway; and (3)prospects for future research.

  Effect of enhanced UV-B radiation on seed germination and seedling morphology of Glycyrrhizic 2010, 26 (2):  122-126.  Abstract + ( 1274 )   PDF ( 1158759KB )   ( 967 ) Abstract: Effect of enhanced UV-B radiation on Glycyrrhiza uralensis, Glycyrrhiza glabra seed germination and the variety of catalase (CAT) activity when the seed germinated at 1d, 3d, 5d, 7d respectively. The results showed that the effect of enhanced UV-B radiation on the seed germination energy, germination percentage and germination index of the two types Glycyrrhizic seed was not significant,but significantly , it can inhibit the radicle and hypocotyl elongation and decrease radicle fresh weight, dry weight, hypocotyl fresh weight, dry weight of the two types Glycyrrhizic seed during germination. At early period of treatment, CAT activity of the two types Glycyrrhizic were significantly higher than control, but with the treatment time increased, CAT activity decreased.

  Effect of NaCl Stress on Seed Germination and Seedling Growth of Wheat 2010, 26 (2):  127-131.  Abstract + ( 1116 )   PDF ( 637186KB )   ( 900 ) The wheat Yannong No.19 and Kehan No. 16 were used as the experimental materials to study the effect on seed germination and seedling growth under the condition of the NaCl stresses. The results showed that the germination rate, seedling height, root length, seedling weight, root weight and root number of two varieties in wheat pointed a significant downward trend as the NaCl concentration increases. Seedling weight and root weight was affected greater than other characters by NaCl stress and was significantly lower than the control when the NaCl concentration was 25mmol/L and 50mmol/L according to different varieties. Two varieties of wheat have shown varying degrees of tolerance to NaCl. Yannong No.19 tolerates NaCl better than Kehan No. 16.

  GC/MS Analysis of Aromatic Components in Daqingpitian Pomegranate Pericarp 2010, 26 (2):  137-140.  Abstract + ( 952 )   PDF ( 547671KB )   ( 817 ) The aromatic components and changes in daqingpitian pomegranate pericarp were analyzed by static headspace and gas chromatography-mass spectrometry(GC/MS). Results showed that thirty- nine kinds of aromatic components were detected in daqingpitian pomegranate pericarp. The main aromatic components were alcohols and aldehydes for daqingpitian pomegranate pericarp, which contents were 89.88%, 4.70% in total peak area respectively. The 2-Hexenal content was highest, which occupied 64.15% in the total peak area. The difference of aromatic component in pomegranate pericarp mainly displayd in the C6 aldehydes and alcohol contents.

  Cultured under two different filter media of Syzygium hancei Merr.et perry physiological diurnal variation of photosynthetic 2010, 26 (2):  141-144.  Abstract + ( 796 )   PDF ( 567885KB )   ( 670 ) Study on the photosynthetic diurnal variation characteristics of Syzygium hancei Merr.et perry seedings through the filter media of two different culture，including sea sand culture and river sand culture. The results showed that photosynthetic rate, transpiration rate and stomatal conductance of Syzygium hancei Merr.et perry seedlings in the environment of sea sand are greater than in the environment of river sand. Photosynthetic rate and stomatal conductance have shown "peaks" of the trend curve, and the first peak is greater than the second peak in both the environment. Transpiration rate of the seedings is a "wave" in the trend of decreasing curve.

  Effects of Slow/Controlled Release Fertilizer on Growth and Yield of Sesame 2010, 26 (2):  145-148.  Abstract + ( 958 )   PDF ( 488233KB )   ( 744 ) In this paper, field experiment was conducted to study the effects of nitrogen fertilizer, nitrogen and phosphorus fertilizer, and slow/controlled release fertilizers on the yield, dry matter accumulation and chlorophyll content of Guozhi2 and Zhengzhi95-8, the results showed that fertilization can significantly increase the yield of sesame, the increase rate is 9.90~41.97% with Guozhi2 and Zhengzhi95-8 is 16.00%~42.03%. The yield of CRF is the highest, and there are 1695.20kg/hm2 and 1394.40 kg/hm2 respectively. Fertilization increased 1000-grains weight of sesame, the increase rate were 13.10%~31.80% and 25.47%~29.59%. Nitrogen fertilizer increased yield by 12.95% averagely, phosphorus fertilizer is 5.86%, and slow/controlled release fertilizers is 18.90%, compared to conventional chemical fertilizer with equivalence nutrient content. Fertilization could also improve sesame plant height, leaf number, chlorophyll content, capsules per plant, seeds per capsules and dry matter accumulation, and promoted the growth and development of sesame.

Of these five methods, the method of Trizol was found to be the best one, and the modified CTAB was better for the leaf RNA isolation. The RNA yields from apricot leaf were 839.25μg/g and 395.21μg/g, respectively. The modified CTAB and SDS methods were preferential ones for the isolation of higher quantity and better quality RNA from apricot fruit. All the RNA samples could be successfully used to amplify a specific cDNA fragment of UBQ, a housekeeping gene in plant, which suggests the utility of the RNA samples in cDNA library construction or gene cloning.

The comprehensive evaluation system was build up, which consisted of 3 1evels (target, criterion and index)and 6 indexes(weight of single fruit, thickness of flesh, number of locules, fruit color, fruit shape, fruit length, transverse diameter of fruit and length of fruit stalk). The results showed that the fruit appearance quality of Huangpijianjiao, Lupiniujianjiao and Niujiaojiaowang were the best among al1 the varieties tested, and Huangpijianjiao’s value of the grey correlation was the biggest in them. The fruit appearance quality of Zhongniujiao, Niujiaojiao, Niujiaojian, Yong’anhuangjiao and Lupiniujiao were followed the varieties of Huangpijianjiao, Lupiniujianjiao and Niujiaojiaowang. The varieties of Wupingxiaomijiao, Yong’anchaotianjiao and Duanluyangjiaojiao were in the third. The result showed that: calcium contents in the cell of light surface of fruits were higher than that in the cell of backlight surface of fruits. Calcium contents in the cell of stalk cavity of fruits were higher than that in the cell of calyx-end of fruits. Calcium contents in the different incidence parts of apple fruits were lower than that in the different no disease parts of apple fruits in the cell of light surface、backlight surface、stalk cavity and calyx-end. There was a clear role that the incidence rate of bitter pit in the light surface of fruits were lower than that in the backlight surface. Rainfall takes a very important part to increase soil water content and air humidity. In it, air humidity may be more important than soil water content to increase color of autumn leaves. When temperature reached into physiological temperature lower limit of plant the life action of plant will tend to stop. Changing color of the autumn lives is a saving response of plants against bad environment condition. The results show that grafting significantly increases ethylene production and respiratory rate, and ethylene and respiratory peaks are presented at 35d and 37d after anthesis, respectively. These two peaks are both later 2 days than own-root fruits. Grafting increases LOX activity, and change of the enzyme activity is keeping with ethylene releasing. To the fruits that have the same days after anthesis, grafting increases fruit firmness and water content; while, dry matter accumulation and soluble solid content decrease. Maturity stage of grafting fruits is later 2 days than own-root fruits. Comparison of both fruits that reach maturity, fruit firmness, water and dry matter content have no significant difference between two treatments. Grafting only affects sugar and acid content of mature fruit.

The results indicated that the fruit cracking severity was significant in different pomegranate cultivars. The fruit cracking severity of Daqingpitian, Dahongpitian, Sanbaitian and Xiehuatian were serious which fruit cracking rate was all above 27.6% and higher than other cultivars. The fruit cracking rate of Gangliu, Zhuyeqing, Houpitian and Qingpidazi were lower than 2.3%, which were good fruit anti-cracking cultivars. The fruit cracking rate in different age pomegranate cultivars existed remarkable difference. The fruit cracking rate obviously increased along with the tree age. Bagging technique could remarkably reduce fruit cracking rate and was an effective cultivation measure to prevention fruit cracking.

It usually occurs in gaseous or liquid form under normal room temperature and humidity condition. Formaldehyde is widely used as an adhesive in the production of wooden floor boards because it is cheap and easy to acquire in the market. To date, it has already become the main harmful indoor pollutant in China. Two species of indoor potted green plants (Chlorophytum comosum and Scindapsus aureus) were put together with pieces of wooden floor boards (about 5 cm x 2 cm x 1 cm) in a transparent sealed plastic simulation box (40 cm x 40 cm x 40 cm). The formaldehyde concentration dynamics inside the sealed box were studied and recorded with a formaldehyde meter. The results showed that both species of potted plants had the ability to purify formaldehyde released from the wooden floor boards over a short period of time (11 - 13 h) and the purification rate was 0.075 – 0.108 mg/m3.h. Moreover, it was observed that S. aureus had a better purification performance than C. comosum. Hence, it is concluded that potted plants can not only be used for decorating the indoor environment but also to improve the indoor air quality by absorbing formaldehyde.

Among them, there are 36 species of phytophages (one kind of phytophages is domestic new record), 37 species of predators, 10 species of parasitoids and the other 19 species. The species numbers of the four groups account for 35.29%, 36.27%, 9.80%, 18.63% respectively, and the dominance indexes of the four groups were 0.4368, 0.2721, 0.0409, 0.2501 respectively. All of the arthropods could be divided into 4 nutrient classes, 6 guids and 22 groups. Thrips flavus Schrank and Aphis gossypii Glove were the dominant species of the arthropod pests, they were the major insect pests on early mature watermelon in the greenhouse to be controled.

The strains SY and WS showed moderate and high resistance to Iprodione, respectively. The strain WS showed a high level resistance to Thiophanate-methyl，and both of the two strains had a high level resistance to Carbendazim. Significant difference between the results by two bioassay methods in Procymidone and Pyrimethanil was observed. Procymidone had obviously inhibited spore germination, while Pyrimethanil had a good activity on inhibiting mycelial growth.【CONCLUSION】 Diethofencarb was the best fungicide to inhibit B. cinerea. The frequency of use of Thiophanate-methyl and Carbendazim should be reduced.

It shows 1000 grays of Wuyiencin are the most appropriate for testing. 78 strains out of 3,582 are selected by screening of agar blocks, and then fermented and screened once again, among which 20 strains are tested above 5000μg/ml in tilter, in which 5 strains ( i.e. C-28，C-42，C-64，C-75，C-76) are tested as to genetic stability.As a result, C-75 strain is the most stable genetically with 5528μg/ml of titer, 34.4% higher than L7 strains (4112μg/ml of liter) and therefore is determined as high-yield producing strain of Wuyiencin by 60Co γ ray mutagenesis. The results indicated that clove extracts significantly reduced the fruit weight loss and decay index, delayed yellowing of pericarp, maintained higher fruit firmness, compared to control.. At the same time, clove extract was effective in maintaining fruit quality and flavor, as it significantly slowed the degradation of vitamin C(VC) and the accumulation of total soluble solids (TSS). Extract from acorus gramineus was more remarkable in reducing the fruit decay index and delaying yellowing of pericarp, however, it significantly accelerated the ripening process, the degradation of VC and the accumulation of TSS, consequently reduced fruit quality and flavor of mango fruits. In conclusion, the effect of extract from clove was better than acorus gramineus.

The control error of inflow cutoff can affect the evaluation and management of surface irrigation system. In this paper, the control error and its effect on border irrigation performance were studied. 【Method】According to the control error of different inflow cutoff under 16 border strips, the statistical characteristics were acquired with the classical statistical theory, and the effect of control error on irrigation performance was simulated by SRFR model.【Result】Results indicate that the variation intensity of control error of inflow cutoff is strong, the effect of inflow cutoff on distribution uniformity is visible than application efficiency.【Conclusion】Therefore the control error of inflow cutoff is not ignored in the actual design and management of surface irrigation. Bigger inflow rate can reduce the effect of control error of inflow cutoff on irrigation performance.

Then the production of Calendar year is tested, Calculation shows that Wheat yield forecasting fits a higher rate of actual yield ,and the maximum prediction accuracy is100%, the smallest accuracy is 82% , the average accuracy is 90%.The prediction model has a high reliability and practicality , it as an effective tool for quantitative prediction will provide basis for decision making for agricultural production management and flow of trade in agricultural products.
