Abstract:

The cultivar-right-protection for agricultural plants, being one type of the knowledge-right-protection of the breeders, has been gaining more and more social emphasis, same did the fruit cultivar-right-protection as one of the categories of cultivar-right-protection for agricultural plants. For a better fruit cultivar-right-protection in the future, we briefly reviewed the necessity of carrying out this work, the on-going situation of it in China, and the problems existing in this paper. Some suggestions for fruit cultivar-right-protection in China were also presented.
